Hi,
On pick-up, when I inspected the car, there was a couple of expected scratches but also a crack/split of a couple of cm in length on the bumper. When I return the car in the same condition I will of course expect to have my full deposit returned back to my bank. I will give a full review a couple of months after returning the car to be sure this happens smoothly, but here is 4 stars for first day, pick-up time. Your manager, Daniel, was very polite and explained all the details I needed to know. First impression is positive.
