Hello all, Prime Car Rent is a company I can recommend! The prices are very low and they come directly to the airport in Riga with the car. The car was in good conditions (Nissan Note). Very low fuel consumtions. (5,6 l/100km) Returning the car 2h before the sheduled date did also work. They came to us within 10 minutes and the check out was fast. There is only one thing I have to mention: You have to pay 40 € if you go to an other Country. You also have to wash your car at your own (otherwise 10 €). We booked the car with an other company (CarDelMar) and they did not inform us about this. So Prime Car Rent was not responsible for this topic for my understanding. Even if you add those extra costs to the final prices, they are still cheaper than all the other companies! Regards

I would very much recommend hiring a car with Prime Car Rental in Riga. This was my first road trip to Latvia and their service is excellent and the car they gave me was fantastic (Toyota CHR). They are available all day long on WhatsApp for any questions you might have while on the road. When I returned the car as instructed the person who took the key from me also drove me to the airport which is just 1 minute away. Very efficient and kind! I will definitely rent with them again if and when I return to the Baltic states.

Highly recommended. Great service from the staff and a quality, clean car. I was a bit anxious about having to pay the cleaning fee, but I tidied up after myself and wasn't charged anything extra. When picking up the car give the staff a ring from the car park and they'll come find you. Thanks!

Booked with PrimeCarRent two times now - can recommend it as a good, reliable, customer-friendly company. First time ordered car with delivery - everything went smooth and staff was very flexible. Second time picked it up myself - everything also went smooth.

Top company. Friendly and fast communication, fair offer, kept all promises and agreements, no hidden surcharges, modern car, proper handover with clear damage report, flexible with the change of pickup location and return time... what else to say? Fully recommended!

I had been renting a car for 2 weeks. I like the company personal approach and customers care. We agreed the use of only debit card in advance for a payment and deposit. Company proposed me a larger car when i arrived. Delivery/redelivery process of the car was fast and without any trouble for me. Thank you, that was very good experience

Я очень высоко оценила работу ребят из prime car. Когда я арендовала машину из Москвы, видимо, произошел какой-то сбой и зарезервировала машину с ручным управлением, в то время как мне категорически был нужен автомат. Несмотря на высокий сезон и отсутствие свободных машин, ребята сделали все возможное, чтобы спасти ситуацию. Спасибо им за это огромное!!! Очень-очень рекомендую prime car за совершенно неформальное отношение к своим клиентам.
