Taking car at Prime car every time I come to Latvia, guys are always very friendly, everything very easy and not complicate. Maybe a bit expensive than other Rents but its worth it.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. They were efficient, fantastic to deal with, especially Daniel, I will definitely be using their service again. Helpful, friendly staff, and great car provided.

Highly recommended. Great service from the staff and a quality, clean car. I was a bit anxious about having to pay the cleaning fee, but I tidied up after myself and wasn't charged anything extra. When picking up the car give the staff a ring from the car park and they'll come find you. Thanks!

Ну что сказать! 5+!понравился сервис, внимательный персонал, машину доставили по адресу и забрали с адреса. Сдал машину без проблем, машина новая, не ушатаная, рекомендую. В следующий раз только к ним! Арендовал машину на 4 дня. БОЛЬШОЕ СПАСИБО ЗА ОТЛИЧНЫЙ СЕРВИС

Hello all, Prime Car Rent is a company I can recommend! The prices are very low and they come directly to the airport in Riga with the car. The car was in good conditions (Nissan Note). Very low fuel consumtions. (5,6 l/100km) Returning the car 2h before the sheduled date did also work. They came to us within 10 minutes and the check out was fast. There is only one thing I have to mention: You have to pay 40 € if you go to an other Country. You also have to wash your car at your own (otherwise 10 €). We booked the car with an other company (CarDelMar) and they did not inform us about this. So Prime Car Rent was not responsible for this topic for my understanding. Even if you add those extra costs to the final prices, they are still cheaper than all the other companies! Regards

I would very much recommend hiring a car with Prime Car Rental in Riga. This was my first road trip to Latvia and their service is excellent and the car they gave me was fantastic (Toyota CHR). They are available all day long on WhatsApp for any questions you might have while on the road. When I returned the car as instructed the person who took the key from me also drove me to the airport which is just 1 minute away. Very efficient and kind! I will definitely rent with them again if and when I return to the Baltic states.
